We hope you love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we’re here to help! We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment date. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned at your expense in its original condition.
Bowed Out will refund the cost of item(s) to the method used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days; however, we do not refund shipping charges.
SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY: There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. Sale items may include past season prints or styles, discontinued items, or styles we no longer carry.

All orders ship from our Hair Bow studio in Dallas, Texas. We operate normal business hours Monday-Friday and observe holidays. All domestic orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, with the exception of orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday through Sunday. All expedited orders will ship the following business day. We offer valuable shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS), in addition to some expedited options (UPS/FEDEX). We send email and/or text messages confirmations once a package is shipped. Domestic purchases will also include tracking information. Please verify that your items and shipping address are correct prior to completing your order! Once the order is placed, it is unlikely we'll be able to make changes before it ships! Please understand that once the package leaves our Hair Bow studio, we cannot be held responsible when a package is delayed, mis-delivered, or lost in transit. We are unable to ship to PO, FPO, APO, or DPO boxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. We are currently able to ship to addresses within the 50 United States.

Due to the customization of items, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this time.
