Can I change a clip on my Bow?Yes and No. You can change the clip, if it’s available and offered as an option during the ordering process. Please note some of our bow clips can’t be changed.

Can I customize a hair bow to match an outfit for my little princess?Absolutely, we love doing customized hair bows. Please call us at (469)773-1931, or email us at info@bowedout.com so we may discuss your unique and creative hairbow ideas.

Will your hair bows fray at the end?Absolutely not! All of our hair bows are heat sealed at the end to prevent fraying.

Can I cancel/ change my order?Please contact us via email @ info@bowedout.com within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will try our best to help.

Will I receive shipping tracking information once my has been shipped?Yes, you received a email and/or text with the tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, we are not offering international shipping at this time.
